UN approved packaging

If you send products that fall into one of the dangerous goods classifications, you must apply for a UN certificate and provide your packaging with a UN quality mark.

The transport of dangerous goods by road, air and sea must comply with a number of strict rules and requirements. At DS Smith we design the packaging in such a way that it is suitable for the safe transport of your dangerous goods. Testing takes place in an officially certified test lab so that the packaging meets the UN certification for dangerous goods.
